Fallout 4 Meet with Hancock as the Shroud! How to finish mission ?

So, you have to be Shroud and you can finish this mission:

1. Open your inventory and choose Silver Shroud Armour

2. Click on Silver Shroud Armour and now you can talk with Hancock

That is the way to finish Shroud quest !
