First, you have to pick up the distress signal device:

1. Open your inventory and select:

2. INV then MISC and then scroll download untill you will see Battlefield Holotape

3, Select Battlefield Holotape and the mission will successfully continue.

That`s it, and yes it was so simply to do.

Or, wait ...to find that distress singnal you need to access Radio and select that signal
