First, you need to build an generator that need 10 points of electricty !!

1. Learn how to get aluminum from here.

2. Now, press TAB and then press T and see if you have points available. If not, play more and return to this quest later when you have points.

3. Learn Science ! If you can`t learn because you don`t have enough INT (6 points required) then learn more from INTELLINGENCE

So after all, you need 2 points or more to complete this mission.
