1. Run x360ce_x64.exe and select Game Settings

2. Press Add,,, and browse to game executable (ss2013.exe)

3. Select it and then fill the boxes like in our image from bellow(COM.DI.PIDVID.STOP.LL.SA.WT. and all with 64-bit versions)

4. Apply settings and play Surgeon Simulator Inside Donald Trump with your USB gamepad / controller / joystick
